Shipping Policy

At Balusha Fashion, we are committed to delivering your jewelry pieces safely, securely, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship our products across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time
Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (via trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, or India Post).

Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available for select pin codes at an additional charge).

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500.

A nominal ₹49 shipping fee is charged on orders below ₹500.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select locations with a ₹50 handling fee.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared via email and SMS. You can track your order from the ‘Track Order’ section on our website.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are correct while placing the order. We will not be responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned to us due to non-availability of the recipient or wrong address, we will reship the order once the customer confirms the correct address. Reshipping charges may apply.

8. Packaging
All products are securely packed in tamper-proof boxes to prevent damage during transit. Each piece is carefully wrapped and includes a soft pouch or jewelry box depending on the product.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and video unboxing proof.

We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, subject to our discretion.
